Efficient harnessing of the vast human resource that india has.

The Title of this blog, sounds funny right, we heard a lot about, Indian institute of technology (IIM), Indian Institute of Management (IIM), National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), etc, etc. in fact our country has more number of engineering colleges than nursery schools. This is very unplanned use of the vast human resource that our country posses. Every Indian parent wants their children to become either doctor or an engineer, if this is the case then will every one who becomes Doctor or Engineer get a job? no wonder why many engineers , doctors, M.sc's, M.Phil's, end up in call centres.
Every body is borned with a special kind of talent, the role of a parent here is to explore the talent of the child and groom the child in that field, instead of bugging a child to live his elders dream.
Many uncle unties don't send their children to me for any advice because i advice them to live their dreams. There is one girl, i know she is very good at dance, i would not feel shy to learn dance from her who is just a school going kid, but this talent of hers is limited only to family gatherings, If she was my child i would have made her national dancer at her age.
I would not blame the government or the educationa system here, because they are providing what ever the Indian parents wants, more number of Medical & Engineering colleges.

I have a dream project, where, India will have reputed Sports Institute, getting admission here will be like getting seat at IIT's or IIM's, Students will be groomed here to defeat the international players, similarly i dream of having "Indian Institute of Dance & Music", equally valued like IIT's or IIM's.
As a child i never lived my dream, now when i am financially stable, i am living my dream, but its late, if not too late. Having Institutes for Arts, Musics, Dramma, Dances, Sports etc.etc, spread through out the Country will be an efficient harnessing of the vast human resource that India has.
